You chose the right facial expression for the term "Evil" indeed. Sweetie Belle's facial expression really adds that sinister look, and that snicker! Oh that snicker adds a nice touch. Great picture reference to use from Episode S2E12.

One question, you made the retina for Sweetie Belle's right eye (from her perspective) the same as her skin color. Were you supposed to do the same thing for Sweetie's left retina? Or do you intend to leave it as it is?

In addition, above Sweetie's left eye - no outline. Overall, nice canvas.

ill admit that on this scan the eye situation does look strange, but they are designed as display pictures, and in person sat on a desk it looks a lot better. The outline above her eye was left out as it would have taken away the thin line of her eye lash's plus the color contrast is enough of a outline to remove the need for one.
